AIM Thursday 7/11 at NMRS

We look forward to seeing all of you tonight for AIM #5! We will be starting at 5:15 this week as we have a special presentation.  Please remember to bring 1. Your Enrichment 2. Your Thank You Notes to  Jarvarus Gresham, Diondra Hicks and Christi Moore. 3. The Anonymous Survey 4. Timesheet (Public Interns)  At this AIM you will be asked to vote  on the 2018 Intern you all wish to have speak at the Intern Appreciation Breakfast on July 20. AIM #3 Wednesday 6/27

Our next AIM is Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 5:30  p.m. at NMRS. We will be done by 7:30 p.m.  Please make sure you sign in and properly turn in all paperwork. Please bring your ESSAY, THANK YOU LETTER, and SIGNED TIMESHEET (Public Interns).  TERRENCE CROFT ESSAY COMPETITION Please bring to the AIM on June 27, 2018, your 750 word typed Terrence Croft Essay and make sure your assigned Essay number is on it.  (Someone is going to forget to put their Essay number on their paper.) AIM #2 Wednesday 6/20

Our next AIM is Wednesday June 20, 2016 at 5:30  p.m . at NMRS.   Please bring your Enrichment and Thank You Letter  to Chris Stewart.  Public Interns, don't forget your SIGNED timesheet for the week of June 11.    Sign in and grab some dinner when you arrive.   Be prepared to discuss all of the Enrichment to date.   Please review all of the articles in your Orientation materials.   Public Interns will receive their first check on June 20 upon submission of their completed and signed (by their mentor/supervisor) week of June 11 timesheet.

Next Orientation Thursday 6/7 8:30 at Nelson Mullins

Good job today everyone, only one more orientation to go!  The last orientation will be held this Thursday at 8:30 am at Nelson Mullins. Be sure to bring two copies of your enrichment , three copies of your thank you note to Jeff Mapen , and extra assignments if you have any.  PUBLIC INTERNS: Please read Denisha's email and bring required paperwork and forms of identification.  See you all Thursday! 

Next Orientation Monday June 4th at Nelson Mullins

Congratulations on making it through the first half of orientations!  Our next mandatory orientation is this coming Monday, June 4th at 9 am . It will be held at Nelson Mullins. Please bring two copies of your enrichment , your thank you note to your favorite teacher, and any additional assignments you may have.  I noticed some issues with formatting for the thank you notes. Always be sure to sign and date your notes. I have added a template under in the Resources section of the blog to assist you. The template can be found  here.   If you do not have access to a printer and need to have your assignment printed for you, please email it to kmalone35@gatech.edu by 10 pm the night before and I will be happy to print it for you.  Have a great weekend!

Second Mandatory Orientation Tomorrow (6/1) at Nelson Mullins

The second orientation will be at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough (201 17th Street, Suite 1700, Atlanta, GA 30363).  The orientation will begin promptly at  8:45 a.m.  All interns must be on time and dressed professionally .  You will need to bring two copies of your completed Enrichment and three copies of your thank you note.  Anyone not on time, not dressed  professionally, or not having completed their Enrichment will be subject to dismissal. For those driving to Nelson Mullins, you should make sure to park in  unmarked  Visitor’s spaces and not in prohibited /reserved spaces or those marked only for 2 hours.  If the space is labeled 2 hours only, please do not park there.  We do not want anyone to receive a violation. Please bring your parking ticket with you. We will try to validate your parking but can give no assurances on that.  The first two hours of parking are free and then $5 for the next two hours. We...
